Start and finish at Wanstead Flats. North to Buckhurst Hill/Connaught Water - west to reservoirs - south through Chingford mount and Walthamstow/Leyton. Shorter route 14 miles up Chingford Lane. Alternative start at NLC and get bus back from Lea Bridge Road.
