How To Guides

Input values into “Race Name” (ie Hackey Half Marathon) and "Event Type" (Ie 10k) and press "Apply"

(If you cannot find the race you have entered, see "Add a new race")

Search for an existing race (if missing Add a new race)

Click on the name (ie Hackey Half Marathon) of the race

On the following screen click on the "Edit" tab

On the following screen (Headed Edit Race Entry) scroll down and click the "Add Entrant" button

In the blank row type your name

Click Save

(Note. Newly added runners will not show up under upcoming races until approved by the race secretary)

Click the "Add Race" button

On the following screen (Headed Create Race Entry) fill the following fields:

Name: Event Name (ie Hackney Half Marathon)

Event Date: Date of Event

Link: Full offical race URL (including https://)

Event Type: Choose from drop down

Entrant Name: Enter your name

Click the save button

(Note. Newly created races will not show up under upcoming races until approved by the race secretary)
